Graduate Medical Education (GME) Diversity Prelook Event 2021
Baylor College of Medicine’s Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, in collaboration with the School of Medicine’s Graduate Medical Education Office, will host a two-evening diversity recruitment event for Baylor residency programs from 5-8 p.m. on May 18 and 19, 2021.
Attendees are also encouraged to attend Baylor’s Fourth Annual 2021 Health Equity Research Summit hosted by the Center of Excellence in Health Equity, Training and Research on May 20. It will include a keynote address from Dr. David Acosta, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Association of American Medical Colleges. Research abstract may also be submitted for the health equity research showcase.
As part of Baylor College of Medicine's response to COVID-19, we will offer the 2021 event virtually.
About the Event
U.S. medical students from diverse backgrounds, including those who identify as coming from a racial and ethnic minority, first-generation, economically or environmentally disadvantaged, non-traditional, or sexual orientation and gender minority background, are invited to register for this free event to learn more about Baylor’s residency programs.

Postdoctoral Research Opportunities in Science (PROS) 2021
Are you planning to hire a research postdoctoral associate? The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences sponsors the Postdoctoral Research Opportunities in Science program to recruit top senior graduate students from around the nation. A virtual event will be held in April 2021 where graduate students can meet with faculty, network with peers and learn about Baylor and Houston.
