All Baylor sites are required to be developed in the College’s content management system and live on the Baylor enterprise server unless authorized by the Digital Governance Subcommittee. For more information see Content Management System and Server Requirements.

Review Process
All web materials, with the exception of Signature bios, receive a pre-publication review by a member of the Institutional Web Management team. The team works to ensure Baylor’s website is presented in the most professional and appropriate way.
The Institutional Web Management team reviews submissions for clarity, AP style and naming standards. Additionally the team works to help identify improvements in content and design enhancements for sites.
Every effort is made to provide a quick turnaround. If a page is submitted for review before 4 p.m. each day, it is the goal of Institutional Web Management to complete the website request within one-two days. New sites can take three to five days to review depending on the complexity of the site.
