The Pediatric to Adult Rheumatology Clinic provides outstanding and compassionate care to adults who have pediatric onset of rheumatic illnesses. We will work closely with your pediatric rheumatologist to ensure the successful transition of your care to our clinic. We will focus on the unique needs of patients and families through your transition from pediatric to adult care using advanced medical diagnostics and treatments. Our team is also involved with research to better understand the social and medical needs of adults with pediatric-onset rheumatic illnesses.
